My son got me into PACE CNY. He is retired and spends his time helping others, he’s so kind and considerate. He didn’t want me living alone so he researched PACE and said it has all I’d need and got me in. I live at the Highland House and am very happy here.
I go to PACE CNY’s Day Center five days a week and since I haven’t been able to go since the pandemic it has really affected me. Everyone there is so very nice and friendly. I miss the socialization, the Bible study, I just love that, the games and the walking. I don’t like to sit around watching TV doing nothing.” Estella does say they are kept busy during the day and feels that the PACE program really cares about her. “I just keep myself healthy and do what’s right. My son makes sure I have a little bit of dark chocolate a day.
