Rehabilitation
Our well-rounded rehabilitation team includes physical, occupational and speech therapists that can help your loved one get back to doing the things they love best, and greatly improve their quality of life.
Our rehabilitation and maintenance care services include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Medical Equipment (i.e. wheelchair, walker, special need beds and oxygen)
Our PACE CNY rehab team works with our participants to restore or maintain safe ambulation, transferring, and toileting, and addresses the activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.). Our team evaluates and provides medically indicated supplies, appliances, and equipment.
Rehab services may be provided in the Day Center, the home or a skilled nursing facility.
