In-Home Care
With the In-Home Care services provided by PACE CNY, your loved one can age-in-place, and safely remain in the home they love. Our In-Home Care Services provide you and your family with an alternative option to placing your loved one in a nursing home or other care facility, while giving you the peace of mind that they will be safe and well-cared for.
Our Home Care services include nursing and home health aide care and services. A doctor and nurse are on call during the evenings, nights and weekends, so our participants have access to care 24 hours a day. Some of the duties of a Home Health Aide are to assist with bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
