SERVICES
Each PACE CNY location has a Day Center where participants can interact with their PACE CNY Interdisciplinary Team members and enjoy socialization with other PACE CNY participants.
The Day Center features spaces for participants to receive personal and therapeutic care, participate in recreational activities, share meals, and socialize with friends. PACE CNY Day Centers are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and transportation to and from the center is provided by PACE CNY.
