PACE CNY provides all medications that the PACE CNY primary care or specialty physician providers prescribe, including over-the-counter drugs. PACE CNY coordinates, orders, and pays for prescriptions. Depending on a participant’s care plan, medications are pre-poured weekly or filled monthly.
Since PACE CNY is considered a Medicare Part D Plan, participants must disenroll from their existing Part D plan once they join PACE CNY. The PACE CNY Care Team can help with this transition.
